No...Actually i did that with glue ,water,flat brush and glitter(dust). Add water to glue..use a flat brush and write whatever u want on the paper..immediately put the glitter(preferably dust,since that gives a neat look).and the craft is ready.Also u see patches.u can redo the glue and put the glitter.
